What does AGS want to change about the world?

  • To get companies to become purposeful about their growth – to model the philosophy that doing good can happen alongside doing well.

  • To get teams and individuals to see purpose-driven growth as a powerful opportunity to challenge themselves and to leave a positive legacy.

Why do we want to make the change?

  • Purposeful companies make better, empathic decisions about how they achieve their growth, which translates to less lack and more abundance.

  • People are organizations, so we want to help teams and individuals learn how to be purposeful in their own growth, both personally and professionally.

What does our clients’ success look like in the world?

  • Stronger, more stable economic structures based on thoughtful growth strategies that are innovative rather than merely based on increased consumption to succeed.

We believe that business is good because it creates value, it is ethical because it is based on voluntary exchange, it is noble because it can elevate our existence and it is heroic because it lifts people out of poverty and creates prosperity.

Free enterprise capitalism is the most powerful system for social cooperation and human progress ever conceived. It is one of the most compelling ideas we humans have ever had. But we can aspire to even more.

Our Values

Adaptive Growth Strategies has Five Core Values that guide our decision-making on everything from how we allocate resources to which clients we can best serve.

Our Commitment

Our Commitment to Women’s Business Enterprises

AGS is also strongly committed to supporting women-owned businesses. We are a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through The Greater Women’s Business Council (GWBC®), a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Adaptive Growth Strategies’ WBENC certification serves as a mandate to both grow opportunities for more companies to work with WBEs and to fund opportunities for more women to become business owners.

From the day Adaptive Growth Strategies opened its doors, we had the goal of gaining WBENC certification. WBENC helps women empower one another and makes it easy for companies to work with women-owned businesses that are innovating in their fields.

Of course, AGS benefits directly from networking with and learning from more than 13,000 certified companies. But our clients benefit even more. The value of WBENC’s continuous education and professional development opportunities is immeasurable. We have a new resource to mine for innovative approaches to our clients’ biggest challenges.

AGS is committed to supporting women-owned businesses and to serving clients who value what the WBENC certification represents.
